Use of glitter powder in the paper printing industry

1. Improve the engraving depth and the finish of glitter printing roller
If the printing roller is corroded, the opening should be as large as possible without affecting the appearance of the pattern, so that the glitter powder slurry in the pattern can be transferred to the paper as much as possible. The depth of the roller is generally 13 to 14 silk. The surface finish of the roller must be good which helps the scraper to scrape off the material.

2. The color paste viscosity of the glitter must be adequate
The viscosity of the color paste should be 2000 ~ 2100 mPa · s. On the one hand, the print can be relatively smooth, on the other hand, even though the color paste maybe thin, it will not lead to delamination of the glitter paste while the printing time is slightly longer. iSuo Chem glitter powder has a good brightness. This method can reduce the difference in brightness of glitter powder before and after printing.

3. The floating paint on the base cloth should be completely washed
If the paper products are not sufficiently air-washed, the floating color will not be exhausted. After printing the glitter powder, it appears dark on the paper products.

4. Co-print with color
